I am so thankful I found Hurless Brothers Car Service! I drive a Volvo and have been going to them for service and repair for three years. In the past I had someone who took care of vehicle maintenance, but it is my responsibility now and Todd, Brett, Kim and all the mechanics there have taken the worry out of that aspect of my life. I drive many miles each week, but I never worry about anything, because they service me regularly and let me know if there is anything I need to plan for the next time. When I have an emergency repair, they get me in right away. Thank you for everything! And I love my new wipers, too!

Todd and Brett Hurless are hands-down the best BMW/MB/Volvo shop in town, or even the northwest for that matter. I have been a customer for ~25 years and will always own a car that the brothers (and their outstanding mechanic staff) will work on. There's a reason it takes ~4-6 weeks to get into see these guys...they're that good! The phase "Hurless Maintained" is well earned and respected by those who know. If you own a BMW, Mercedes, or Volvo, you need to take your car into Hurless Brothers to experience the difference. Keep up the great work Hurless!!!

Where do I begin?! I will not buy that Hurless doesn't service until they retire. I am driving a 1997 BMW and they have been amazing support over the past 17 years that I have owned the car. My favorite story is when they called the air quality agency to have them move my air quality test because I needed a $600 repair to pass the test and did not have the money at that time. Whenever ANYTHING goes wrong, they tell me, "Stop by..." and no matter how busy they are they take a look at it. Honest to the core. Best business people I have ever worked with. I wish all businesses were run with such integrity and friendliness. Brett, Todd and Kim thank you endlessly your endless support, good will and excellent repair work.

Best mechanic shop I've ever been to. My current old Mercedes is one they don't work on but I couldn't complain because of their consistent, blatant honesty over the years. They've influenced other Euro shops in Boise who have to compete with them, so force them to keep prices comparable & service affordable & honest.
